Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Kids Worldwide ships WORLDWIDE.  Please note shipping rates will vary.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with a tracking number.  We are a small business and always try to process orders for shipping as quickly as possible.  All delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers.  

Please note, International orders may be subject to customs fees determined by the destination country’s government.  We have no control over if, and now much you are charged for customs.  We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.  Please note, due to the customs process delivery times are estimated and may take longer than stated. 

 

RETURNS

Sustainability is a core value of Kids Worldwide.  Multiple deliveries or shipments occur when you buy and return your order, creating unnecessary emissions and damage to the environment.  We encourage you to carefully plan your purchase prior to check out.  Please consult our sizing notes and product images and feel free to email us with any questions regarding fit at kids@kidsworlwide.shop. 

If necessary, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, meaning you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at kids@kidsworldwide.shop and explain the reason for your return. After we confirm your return request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping charges relating to the return. Please ship via a traceable shipping method and insure the shipment.  Kids Worldwide is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as saleable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange rather than a return, please place a new order for the item you want before initiating the return of your original purchase. This will ensure that your desired replacement is available and on its way to you. Following your replacement purchase, please initiate the return process as described above; after receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund and notify you via email. Please feel free to contact us with questions at any time during this process.  Please note you are responsible for the shipping charges on the return shipment and may incur further shipping charges on the new shipment.
